Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 16, 2026 · Maintained by XtraLynk Technologies LLC

This page is maintained by XtraLynk Technologies LLC ("we", "us", "our") to explain how DyceKing (the "Game") handles information. It is informational and not a certification or legal advice.

1. Who this Game is for

DyceKing is designed as a family-friendly experience and is suitable for young children (recommended ages 4–10). We do not knowingly collect more personal information from children than is reasonably necessary to play the Game. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use the in-app Parental Controls (Settings → Parental Controls) to set a PIN, hide the leaderboard, and lock sound effects.

2. Information we collect

  • Account info (optional): if a player signs in, we receive an email address and a display name to create a profile.
  • Gameplay data: level progress, scores, stars earned, daily quests, daily bonus claims, and game sessions, used to save progress and show leaderboards.
  • Multiplayer data: when you create or join an online room, your chosen nickname, avatar, color, and in-room actions (rolls, turns, scores) are shared with the other players in that room and stored temporarily to run the match.
  • Purchase data: if you buy a Dice Pack, our payment provider (Stripe) processes the payment. We receive a purchase confirmation and the dice quantity to credit to your Dice Bank. We do not receive or store your full card number, CVC, or bank details.
  • Device settings: language, sound preferences, and parental control settings are stored locally on the device.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use behavioral advertising or third-party tracking inside the Game.

3. Children's privacy

For players under 13, we follow a "data minimization" approach consistent with the spirit of the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). A child can play the Game without signing in. If a parent chooses to create an account for their child, only the minimum data needed to save progress and display a username on the leaderboard is collected. Real-money purchases and online multiplayer should be supervised by a parent or guardian, and purchases require the account holder's payment method. Parents may request deletion of their child's data at any time by contacting Dyceking@xtralynk.com.

4. How we use information

  • To save and restore game progress across devices.
  • To show optional leaderboards (which can be hidden via Parental Controls).
  • To run online multiplayer rooms you create or join.
  • To process Dice Pack purchases and credit dice to your account.
  • To diagnose crashes and improve the Game.
  • To respond to support requests.

5. Service providers

We rely on trusted infrastructure providers to host the Game and store account and gameplay data securely, and on Stripe to process payments for Dice Pack purchases. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing.

6. Your choices

  • Play without signing in — no account is required.
  • Hide the leaderboard and lock sound via Parental Controls.
  • Delete your account at any time from the Profile page. This removes your profile, level progress, and game sessions.
  • Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your data.

7. Data retention

Account and gameplay data are retained while your account is active. When an account is deleted, the associated profile, level progress, and game sessions are removed. Local device data (such as language and parental settings) can be cleared by uninstalling the Game or clearing site data in your browser.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, by an in-Game notice.
